We are starting to try "real" foods (mac n cheese, crackers, hot dogs, etc.). The textures are still tough, but usually at least one baby likes each food. They are not big fans of veggies, but they love sweet potatoes. Mix anything with sweet potatoes and they will eat it!
Mia is such a happy girl. She has grown so much since she came home. She is slowly catching Cameron. She continues to eat almost as much as Cooper. She is becoming a better sleeper, and we have started to just put her up awake and let her cry it out. She is quite the night owl and we didn't want to put her up and let her cry if she was going to wake the others. We finally bit the bullet and tried and she didn't wake anyone up! She cried pretty long, but eventually calmed herself and it seems to be getting better each day. No more special treatment for Miss Mia!
Cameron continues to be the easiest baby! She rarely cries, goes to sleep easily and almost always sleeps right through. She loves to follow her brother around. She is climbing on things and moving from object to object. Cami loves to talk and of course mostly says Dada. She is a water baby and loves baths and the pool.
Hannah is moving around much more. She can roll anywhere she wants to go. She is even scooting a little bit. She is eating better and hopefully won't let Mia get too far ahead of her. Her little "Hannie smile" is so adorable, but she was not giving us any smiles while we were taking pictures! She is going to bed much easier. She gives a little cry and then rolls over and goes to sleep.
It is still amazing how well our little preemies are doing. Mia went from the 2% to the 20% in 3 months! I can't believe I was ever afraid she would never be a normal eater. Thanks to everyone who has prayed for us, thought about us, sent us coupons, helped out at night so we could get to the gym, helped during the day, took the dogs for walks, helped us with diapers, gift cards, etc. Our babies are doing so well because of all of you!
