Next, since it was the 9 month visit they had to get their hemoglobin checked with a heel prick and they barely made a peep. Then we waited for the doctor. We really didn't have any fussing the whole time the doctor was in checking in with each baby. She checks them one at a time and makes sure we don't have any questions, etc. Our office is great and we never feel like our doctor is rushing us. However, we always forget to ask some questions that we have! When the doctor was finished we only had one shot each. The babies all cried, but only for a few seconds. We were able to get them calm and in their car seats pretty quick. They kind of missed their naps, so as soon as we got in the van they were out.
Cooper- 17 lbs. 15 oz, 28 inches
Cameron- 15 lbs. 14.5 oz., 27 inches
Mia- 14 lbs. 9 oz., 26 1/4 inches
Hannah- 13 lbs. 11.5 oz, 25 3/4 inches
Mia has officially over taken Hannah again. Mia is still on her higher calorie formula and is quite the eater. She probably eats just about as much as our big man! Hannie is just not a big eater. We had cut back her Zantac and the doctor said that could have something to do with it, so we bumped it back up to twice a day again. Hopefully Hannie will start eating a little more. Our doctor was happy with all the babies. Cooper and Cameron are pretty much on track with a 9 month non- preemie! They are on the regular charts for all areas. Hannah and Mia are still behind, but are doing what would be expected for a preemie in their age group. We are so happy with how the squad is doing.
I didn't have a chance to write a post about our 4th of July, but here are some pictures of the trip to my Pop-Pop's!
